OAuth-secured MCP connector

Real sold prices, right where you ask.

Bring completed eBay sales into Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and other MCP clients. CompSniper cleans noisy matches before it calculates the median, so your answer is grounded in the product—not cases, parts, or the wrong model.

Sign in with your CompSniper account. No API key to paste into hosted connectors.

From question to evidence

Ask naturally. Get an answer you can inspect.

Your AI assistant chooses the right CompSniper tool, retrieves completed-sale evidence under your account quota, and returns structured data plus a compact visual summary.

01

Connect once

Authorize your own CompSniper account through OAuth. The connector receives only the access needed to run the tools you approve.

02

Describe the item

Include the model, condition, storage, color, bundle contents, or marketplace in plain language. The assistant converts that intent into precise tool inputs.

03

Decide from real sales

Review the cleaned median, realistic range, sample size, and individual listings—or compare options and export deeper research when needed.

Try asking

Useful resale research starts with one sentence.

“What does a used Shure SM7B sell for on eBay? Remove accessories and irrelevant listings.”

“Compare the resale value of a Steam Deck OLED, Nintendo Switch OLED, and ASUS ROG Ally.”

“I can buy a sealed HP W2132X toner cartridge for $90. Use sold comps and tell me whether to source or pass.”

“Run a deeper sold-comps search for a Sony A7 IV body and prepare the results for CSV export.”

Fifteen purpose-built tools

Focused enough for a quick price. Deep enough for research.

The connector exposes small, clearly annotated tools instead of one opaque action, so your assistant can use the least powerful operation needed for the job.

Private by design

Your account, your quota, your approval.

CompSniper uses OAuth so each person authorizes their own account. The connector processes the tool request selected by your AI client; it does not receive your full conversation, unrelated files, Claude credentials, or OpenAI credentials.

See the full details in the privacy policy and MCP documentation.

Scoped authorization

OAuth grants are tied to the CompSniper account and scopes you approve. Hosted users never need to expose an API key in chat.

Read-first tool design

Sold-comp, comparison, quota, and status tools are read-only. Write and destructive annotations are reserved for Max Mode job actions that need them.

Transparent usage

Each successful search uses the connected account’s request quota. Account tools let the assistant report usage and remaining requests directly.
